Recipe idea

Green salad with avocado and Red onion

For 2 persons, prepare in a salad bowl : 150 g of green salad, 2 sliced avocados, 1 finely chopped Red onion, 250 g of cherry tomatoes cutted in 2 pieces.
Sprinkle with 200 g of Feta cheese, put pepper and salt and mix with a vinaigrette prepared aside :
6 spoonfuls of olive oil, 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice and a teaspoon of mustard.
