Recipe idea


CRAB COCKTAIL

For 2 persons, drain 120 g of flaked crab, squeeze it in a sieve in order to dry it.
Boil 2 eggs. Prepare a mayonnaise with a yolk, 2 teaspoons of lemon mustard, salt, pepper and sunflower oil.

Mix the crab with the mayonnaise and 2 spoonfuls of Ketchup.

Mix the boiled eggs with 2 finely chopped Long shallots. Mix everything with half a teaspoon of mild pepper.


Serve chilled with bread
